   Organizations that use alternative terms (e.g. “People Operations,” “Talent,” “Employee Experience”) are not restricted by this condition.

   Exception: Wube Software Ltd., the developer of Factorio, is explicitly permitted to use, distribute, or modify this Software regardless of any internal titles or team names.

3. No Warranty – The Software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software.
